Audio-Visual Controls - Cragmor 006

1. Turn on the projector and lower the screen.

Note: The NEC projector remote control has separate buttons for power on and power off. To turn the projector on, aim the remote at the projector on the ceiling and press the "on" button (circled in red) once. To turn the projector off aim the remote at the projector and press the "off" button (circled in red).

2. Prepare Media and login.

3. Select projector input.

To select your media input aim the remote control at the projector.

• Press "Video" to play a video from the DVD/VHS deck.
• Press "Computer 1" to project a laptop.

4. Start media.

5. Adjust the volume or make other adjustments as necessary.

	The room has an electronics closet that houses the amplifier for controlling the PC and DVD/VHS deck volumes, and the DVD/VHS deck.
	Use these dials to adjust the volume for a laptop or a video.

6. When you are done, please turn off the projector.
