Audio-Visual Controls- Columbine Hall Standard Classrooms
1. Turn on the projector and lower the screen.

- As you look at the projector mounted to the ceiling, you will notice a thin, black box mounted next to it; this is the "television manager" (TM). When you are using the Synergy remote control you want to ensure you are aiming the remote at this box.
- To turn the projector on, aim the remote at the TM and press the "on/off" button (circled in red) once.
- To turn the projector off, aim the remote at the TM and press the "on/off" button (circled in red) once.
- When the TM receives the signal from the Synergy remote, a series of red lights will flash on the front of the TM.
- Please note: Before the projector warms up it may be difficult to determine if it is on. As you look at the front of the projector you should be able to see light coming from the lens. Also, if your classroom is quiet enough you may be able to hear the fan running.

2. Prepare Media and login.

3. Select projector input.

4. Start media.
5. Adjust the volume or make other adjustments as necessary.

Note: If the Speakers are buzzing turn down the volume before playing any audio. |
6. When you are done, please logoff the computer and turn off the projector.
