This phrase has special meaning to the mission of the Student Health Center. The Center's staff of professionals are committed to educating students about a broad range of issues relating to their health. They also address how personal behavior is an integral part of reducing the risks associated with certain medical conditions.

The Student Health Center is committed to providing quality medical care for illnesses/injuries and accurate health education information so that students can make informed choices regarding their health care and behavior alternatives as applicable. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the Center's convenient location and reasonable charges. "Health Care for the Student Body" is more than just a slogan, it is indicative of the Center's interest and concern for students and their futures.

Who can use the Student Health Center?

The Student Health Center is available to all full-time students and part-time students who have paid the student fee for the Health Center. We cannot see faculty, staff, or family members unless they are current students at UCCS. 

PLEASE NOTE: Appointments are preferred, but we do offer a limited amount of same day appointments as the schedule permits. Services are payable when rendered with cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. We can only accommodate actively enrolled students.
