The judicial branch is composed of 9 justices who perform any and all judiciary functions for the SGA. The judicial branch is led by a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary/Treasurer. The judicial branch elects its own officers from within the current justices. It has the authority over constitutional and procedural questions or issues. The judicial branch runs all student government elections, to include the regular spring elections and any special elections deemed necessary. Members of the SGA’s Judicial Branch are:
