EMERGING LEADER FELLOWS PROGRAM

Welcome to the Emerging Leader Fellows Program Website! The ELF Program is a fellowship for CU Emerging Leaders Program graduates to enhance their leadership skills and work closely with a Mentor. This program is an initiative of Chancellor Pamela Shockley-Zalabak and is being developed by Radha Pyati, Associate Professor of Chemistry. Please contact Radha with your questions or comments at rpyati@uccs.edu or 719-262-3229.

The goals of this program are to develop a cadre of UCCS leaders with a skill set expanded beyond that of the first year ELP program, and to stimulate innovation in solving problems and achieving project goals on our campus.
