Objectives

The goal of this project is to develop and communicate a thorough understanding of what is needed to create a robust climate for research and creative work to serve and support women faculty and faculty of underserved populations.
Deliverables
  1. Design and implement a climate survey on research and creative work for faculty, and compile a report on survey results
  2. Research best practices for supporting faculty women and faculty of diverse populations in research and creative work, and create a report on these best practices
