Why? Exhibit tables are not relegated to an isolated exhibit area; they are set around the perimeter of the large room where the morning session and all meals and breaks are held. This allows greater access to products and plenty of room to mingle, pitch your products, or even do demonstrations if necessary.
You will never have to choose between manning your booth and attending lectures or workshops. The entire event takes place in a centralized location. As sponsors, you're able to integrate yourself and your products into the milieu effectively. Attendance breaks records every year, so you are assured a full house!
