When and where is the RMMS?

What if I need to cancel my registration(s)?
Please contact us if your
plans change and you are unable to attend. In most cases, you can login to the registration site using the link above and cancel within Regonline's system.
Bring your beer to share!
Please consider bringing as much beer as you'd like! Generally, we bring a large sampling of everyone's beer out just before lunch.
If everyone contributes,
we will have a great array of brews to serve at lunch and sample throughout the day. Perhaps the best part of the event! You can
drop samples off as you check in, and we'll keep a beer buffet going all afternoon.
Stay at the Hyatt Place for $87 per night!
The Hyatt Place is our
official accommodation this year. To make reservations, call
719-265-9385. Be sure to make
your reservation before February 10, and say
you're with the Rocky Mountain Microbrewing Symposium to get the special
rate! It should be $87 dollars-refuse to pay more! Located just west of the intersection of Garden of the Gods & I-25, it is
less than 5 minutes from
RMMS and is a great place to stay at our discounted rate. Please note that the Regonline system is not connected to the Hyatt, so you must make the reservation with the Hyatt yourself.

Where to eat and hang out the evening before RMMS:
Please join us at Bristol Brewing, 1647 S. Tejon St., for a homecoming welcome on the eve of RMMS, Thursday, Feb 17th.
Bristol has informally hosted a gathering in the past, but this year they have agreed to formally sponsor and host a reception
for RMMS attendees! So, come join us for beers, snacks and fun!
How to get to RMMS:
- From Colorado interstate I-25, take exit 146.
- Go east on Garden of the Gods Road.
- Continue across Nevada Avenue.
- Go up the hill on Austin Bluffs Parkway.
- Turn left into the University at the first stop light after Stanton Road.
You'll go throught a round about-you'll want to take the left-most exit from where you come in. You'll
end up going towards the parking garage-take a right into it when you reach the entrance. The
Visitor Parking Lot is on the third level of the parking garage.
- Park your vehicle in a numbered space. Note the number of the space in which you parked.
- Proceed to one of the three pay stations located on the top deck. There are two stations at the northwest corner and a
station at the southeast corner. Push the "start" button on the machine.
- Enter the space number where you parked your vehicle.
- The machine will request the length of time you will be on campus. Enter ALL DAY.
- The machine will ask if you have a coupon. Enter YES.
- The machine will then ask for a coupon number. Enter the following 8-digit code: 42952754
- A receipt will be printed that you should
retain. You do not need to return to your vehicle and may instead proceed to
The Lodge (see map below).
- Complimentary breakfast service will start at 8:00am. The program begins promptly at 9:00 am.
