This chart only examines the antibody portion of the acquired immune response. Remember that T-cells also play an important role in the acquired humoral immune response. T-cells produce cytokines (protein chemical messengers). A subset of the cytokines (Th2 cytokines such as IL4) support the production of antibodies by supporting B-cells that produce antibodies.
