You are minutes away from your classes, the library, the parking garage, University Center, the Recreation Center, the Bookstore, and many other places that you will frequent while being a student at UCCS. Spend more time doing the things you want and need to do instead of commuting through the Colorado Springs traffic.

No Monthly Bills
Students pay for housing on a semester basis. There is no need to save for monthly rent, high speed internet access, basic phone service, gas, electricity, furniture, water, and basic cable – it’s included in the price. Because you pay by semester, you do not have to worry about the rising cost of utilities in the winter. And…you don't have to be concerned about the roommate that doesn't come up with their share of the rent and utility bills.

Safety
We have Resident Assistants and a professional staff member on call every night of the year. Our campus police department is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a night security officer in Housing. Campus Police provide escorts for students to and from classes, Housing and parking when requested.

Campus Activities
Our Resident Assistants and student organizations offer programs and activities in the Housing Villages for residents. It is easy to get involved in social activities like dances, concerts and trips or in leadership opportunities like the Residence Hall Association and National Residence Hall Honorary.

Make Friends
Your classmates are down the hall, and on the floors above and below you. Organize a study group, watch television together, participate in intramural sports, host an interactive gaming tournament or just get together at the Lodge for meals.
