Parking Permits: Permits to park on campus are required during Fall, Spring and Summer semesters. Ticketing for HUB parking permits and metered parking occurs Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All other parking violations are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because of state laws, state monies may not be used for any parking purposes on campus.  This means that construction, improvement, and maintenance of all parking facilities at UCCS are financed solely through permit sales, the student Safety and Transportation fee, parking fines, and daily permit dispensers.  Annual revenues from parking must be sufficient to satisfy reasonable operating expenses and to repay revenue bonds sold to construct parking facilities.
