* Six (6) of the drug arrests involved violations of both liquor and drug law violations in the same incident.
** Includes crimes reported by other law enforcement agencies.
In cases involving Liquor Law, Drug Law, and Illegal Weapons Law violations, each person who was arrested is indicated in the arrest statistics. The statistics captured under the "Referred for Disciplinary Action" section for Liquor Law, Drug Law, and Weapons Law violations indicates the number of people the Director of Judicial Affairs or the Director of Student Housing "found responsible" for a violation that resulted in a student being sanctioned and a record of the action being kept on file.
Listing crime statistics for the category of Larceny is not required by law, but is still provided in the interest of informing the community about the most frequent crimes that occur at UCCS. Only those incidents reported to University Police are captured in these statistics.
