May 8th 2012: Dr. Brandon Gavett was quoted in "How to Diagnose a Battered Brain Before It's Too Late" in The Atlantic.

May 1st 2012: Palisades partnership recognized with City of Colorado Springs award (link to the Communique). Mayor Steve Bach presented the Palisades at Broadmoor Park with a Spirit of the Springs Award Monday afternoon in recognition of the groundbreaking partnership between the privately owned senior housing facility and UCCS.

April 26th 2012: Dr. Mello and grad student Tahlia Bragg were celebrated as mentors on April 29th during mentor recognition lunch. Read about it here in the Communique.
