Beginning at a point on the North line of the NW1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 28, said point being the Northwest corner and true point of beginning of a certain tract conveyed to Ada Lucille Thompson by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 979 at Page 188 of the records of El Paso County, Colorado:

2. Thence S. 63 degrees 40'E., a distance of 361.31 feet along said highway line;
3. N. 20 degrees 44' E., a distance of 36.75 feet;
4. Thence N. 61 degrees 37' 38" w., a distance of 157.28 feet;
5. Thence N. 65 degrees 06' 38" w., a distance of 174.3 feet;
6. Thence N. 24 degrees 30' E., a distance of 263.88 feet;
7. Thence N. 64 degrees 40" w., a distance of 27.5 feet, more or less, to the true point of beginning.
