Open to the Public!

We are passionate about good food grown close to home in a community that values a physically active lifestyle. Good nutrition means many things. For us, using fresh ingredients, cooking and eating together and balancing energy expended from exercise with energy from food means maintaining a healthy approach to what and how we eat, when and how often we move, and how simply we achieve to live in this world of abundance.
