UCCS has instituted the Paw Prints system in an effort to reduce waste and control monetary concerns.

Benefits:

• Reduces waste: other universities have reported a 50 percent reduction in paper usage. UCCS estimates a savings of more than a million pages each year with Paw Prints.
• Pay only for what you print: rather than charge all students a higher price, the Paw Prints system charges individuals for their specific printing needs
