Spring 2010 New Student Orientation

Out-of-State Student Options

If distance prohibits you from attending a session in person, we offer an Online Orientation option as an alternative to out of state students.  This is designed to prepare you for registration and to give you the necessary information for a successful transition to our University. To access Online Orientation, click ONLINE ORIENTATION on the left side of this page.

In addition to the online orientation, freshmen may be asked to complete the online math diagnostic testing. Information about this follow-up testing will be emailed only to those students who need it for advising purposes.

We highly encourage our out of state students to attend an orientation session. It is the best way to experience the campus and we find that students get a lot more out of the program if they attend. For more information on our programs check out the  Dates and Times sections of this website, or the orientation brochure you were sent.  (Visitor Information )

For those of you who cannot complete either of the options listed above please contact the Orientation Office at 800-990-8227 x. 3271. We may be able to accommodate you if the circumstances warrant a special accommodation.
