Employment of Prospect at Summer Camps: The legislative services staff confirmed that, in Division I, a prospective student-athlete who was a high-school, preparatory-school or two-year college award winner or who is being recruited by that institution may not be employed (either on a salaried or volunteer basis) at that institution's sports camp/clinic. Further, in Divisions II and III, an individual who has started classes for the ninth grade may not be employed (either on a salaried or volunteer basis) at that institution's sports camp/clinic.
