Welcome to the Academic Affairs Faculty Resources webpage. This page has been created to provide new faculty with as much of the information about the campus they need in one place as possible. However, we recognize that faculty need access to some of this information throughout their UCCS careers. That's why a webpage, which can be updated as things change, is a better format than a binder to preserve this information. Accordingly, while this page will continue to be focused on what new faculty need to know, we hope it becomes a resource all faculty will find useful. If you have suggestions or corrections, please contact me, David Moon, Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each Academic College at UCCS has an Extended Studies department that can offer a wide range of programs including online degrees, certificate programs, academic credit courses, non-credit courses, and a variety of other special programs.
The Office of the Dean of Students serves as a link between individual students, student government, and the various academic and administrative offices of the university. It is also responsible for student conduct and judicial affairs on campus.
MOSAIC is a safe and inclusive hub that encourages and nurtures effective engagement across social identities, cultures, experiences, and viewpoints so all students can develop self-knowledge, understanding and appreciation of others, while achieving academic and personal growth.
