An applicant for admission as a regular degree student for the Department of Mathematics at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs must submit the following to the Mathematics office at the address below:
A check or money order for $60.00 as a non-refundable application fee, made payable to UCCS
2 Official Transcripts from each college/university attended. All transcripts must be sent directly from the previous school or hand delivered in a sealed University envelope.
2 letters of recommendation
A Selective Service Form if you are male and born after 1960
An In-State Tuition Classification form if you are claiming in-state tuition eligibility
An Application for Graduate Teaching Fellowship Application if you are requesting financial assistance from the department
For provisional admission information contact the Graduate Advisor. Completed applications (including all supporting documentation) should be submitted 60 days prior to the term for which admission is sought, although applications are reviewed on a continual basis and will be considered if this deadline is not met.
