SUPRIEM Programs
The Supplemental Undergraduate Program for Retention, Improvement, and Excellence in Mathematics (SUPRIEM) is a collection of initiatives by the Mathematics Department to offer excellent, effective mathematics instruction for students possessing a broad spectrum of abilities and backgrounds.

Supplemental Instruction
The Supplemental Instruction program is designed around the premise that students learn from their peers so the Department offers additional sessions that are run by students. Times and places are listed on the SI page for the present semester. |
Computational Support
The Math Deparment, together with the Math Learning Center, offers Matlab and Maple support to all students enrolled in Math courses. |

This program offers opportunities to learn mathematics "at a distance".

Advising for majors, minors, and other students
The department provides advising for all undergraduate math majors in either the College of Engineering and Applied Science or the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. We also provide advising for those students wishing to minor in mathematics and those completing certificate programs. |
Mathematics Learning Center
The MLC offers tutoring for all undergraduate math courses on a walk-in basis as well as other services. See the MLC page for hours of operation. |
