LAS Extended Studies

WITHDRAW FROM YOUR EXTENDED STUDIES ENROLLMENT

If you are withdrawing during the open enrollment period for your course (i.e. before the published registration deadline), you should be able to accomplish your withdrawal using the steps below. Any withdrawals accomplished through your myUCCS student portal will earn a full tuition refund and/or a reversal of any tuition charges incurred. If you are not able to accomlish your withdrawal this way, you will need to contact LAS Extended Studies to request a paper withdrawal form. Depending on the course, a withdrawal accomplished via paper form may not result in a full refund. LAS Extended Studies reserves the right to charge a $25 administrative fee for late withdrawals.

  1. Go to the myUCCS Portal Login Page, enter your Username and Password, then click the "Log In" button.
  2. Open the "Students" tab at the top left.
  3. Go to the "Academic Resources" section and click for the appropriate semester.
  4. Expand the "Academics" section by clicking the green arrow, then click "Drop".
  5. You should see a listing of your current semester courses. Check the "Select" box to the left of your course(s).
  6. Click on the "Drop" button.
