REQUEST YOUR UCCS TRANSCRIPT / CHECK YOUR GRADE

At the end of the semester, you may check your grade as it appears on your UCCS transcript and/or request your official UCCS transcript. Please follow the instructions below to access your UCCS transcript or view your final grade.

REQUEST TRANSCRIPT

Login to your myUCCS portal account. Open the main "Students" tab, then open the "Academics" tab, then click on the "My Academics" link. At this page, you will be able to view your unofficial transcript and send an online request for your official transcript.

Download and submit a copy of the UCCS Transcript Request Form. You will complete this form in hard copy and submit it directly to the UCCS Records Office - their contact info is on the form.
