1. Question: How exactly has your view of a 'digital earth' changed this semester?

My view of a 'digital earth' has changed dramatically over the semester. Before this class, when I thought of Digital Earth, my mind went straight to Google Earth. I never thought that there could be so many technologies related to a ‘digital earth’. After using many of these programs, my understanding of what a ‘digital earth’ is has changed for the better.
