Reservations

The Information Technology department at CU Colorado Springs currently operates seven computerized classrooms on the second floor of Columbine Hall (COH.) with additional classrooms planned for the future in other campus buildings. Each one of these classrooms is equipped with IBM compatible PC student work stations and one for the instructor.

Rules For Reserving Computerized Classrooms

1. All reservations are on a first come first served basis.
2. A reservation must be for the purpose of teaching a class. (Rooms may not be reserved for students to do homework.)
3. Reservations must be for sessions requiring the use of computers.(Class rooms may not be reserved for sessions when computers are not needed.)

As much notice as possible should be given when reserving classrooms or labs.

Notice: We advise that you confirm in advance, that the version of software you intend to use is supported in your classroom.

Reservations are not made more than one semester in advance.
