Faculty Notification          
The request to submit the Department of State paperwork 90 days prior to the date of arrival for an Exchange Visitor is requested by ISS in order to achieve maximum assurance for a timely EV arrivial. Is this appropriate?
Completeness & Quality of Work          
Upon receipt of all accurate and complete information for EV, ISS enters all required Department of State data to SEVIS in a timely fashion in order to issue the DS-2019. Was this accomplished?
