Tuition Benefit for Permanent UCCS Employees Attending a CU campus

  • The CU Employee Tuition Benefit and the Dependent Tuition Benefit is administered by Payroll and Benefits Services. Complete information can be found on their CU Employee Tuition Benefit page.

Tuition Benefit for Permanent UCCS Employees Attending Pikes Peak Community College

  • Tution can be waived for up to six undergraduate credit hours per academic year for permanent employees at 100% and up to three credits for those employed between 50% to 99% of a full appointment. The academic year begins with the summer term.

  • The employee must be admitted to PPCC.

  • The Tuition benefit form must be completed and certified by Human Resources.

  • The employee must wait until the first day of class to register.

  • The form must be submitted by the employee with the required HR signature to PPCC's Enrollment Services Department prior to the class start date.
