Student Media Pick-Up Request

  • This webpage applies to two groups of people.
    • Equipment needed by a student for classroom presentation; e.g. laptop computer, LCD projector, TV/VCR, DVD.
    • Equipment needed by a staff or faculty member that wants a student to pick it up.
  • Students are not authorized to borrow equipment. A staff/faculty sponsor must make the reservation and is responsible for any theft, damage, or loss. The staff/faculty sponsor must sign a liability form available at link below. Equipment borrowed for a student must not leave the campus.
