Printing PowerPoint Presentations

When printing PowerPoint presentations, it's recommended to print several slides on each page to save paper (and money). Open the PowerPoint presentation you wish to print. Click the File menu and select Print.

Click the down-arrow to the right of the Print What box and select Handouts. Click the down-arrow to the right of the Color/Grayscale box and select Grayscale. Then to the right under Handouts, select the number of slides per page. Six is recommended.
