The recommended method is to use the password change webpage. Click the link below. Other options are listed below that.

There are two other methods to change your password remotely. If the password has expired and you log into VPN, it will prompt you to change your password. If you don't have VPN set up, click the link below to go to the instructions. Both Library and UCCS Resources will work.

Another option is SSH (Telnet). This will work even if the password has not expired. If you don't have SSH set up, click the link below to go to the instructions. Ignore steps about SPSS and A-card. After SSH is configured per the instructions, click on the Profiles button and select UCCS Unix. At the prompt, type "passwd" (without the quotes) and follow the instructions.

If you cannot get any method to work, call the Help Desk at 719-255-3536. Be aware that the Help Desk works Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
