Security Changes to Outlook Express

1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Click the Tools menu and select Accounts.

- 3. Click to highlight your email account and click the Properties button.

- 4. Click the Servers tab. Remove the password and the checkmark so it will NOT remember the password. Click to place a checkmark next to "My
server requires authentication."

- 5. Click the Advanced tab. Click to place checkmarks next to "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" for both Outgoing and Incoming
mail. Change the Outgoing mail port to 465. Click the OK button.

- 6. Click the Close button and download folders if prompted.
