Media Equipment Assistance and Repair

  • The IT Department provides media equipment for much of the campus. To get repairs or assistance, please contact the appropriate people.
    • TV carts, overhead projectors, and slide projectors in Breckenridge, Cragmor Hall, Eagle Rock, Engineering Building, Science Building, Ulrich House, University Center, and University Hall: contact the Help Desk. This includes reservations, bulb replacement, and other repairs. (Some projectors belong to other departments. If you're unsure, call the Help Desk.)
    • Smart room equipment (usually with podiums) in Breckenridge, Columbine Hall, Cragmor Hall, Science Building, University Center, and University Hall (see room list below): contact Tech Support. This includes training and keys for access as well as repairs. (IT supports the computers and network in the Geo Lab (COH 329) but not the printing function.)
    • Computerized rooms and the Open Lab in Columbine (see room list below): contact Tech Support.
    • Open Lab, Multimedia Lab, and Group Study Rooms in the Library: contact the Assistance Desk.
