Installing CyberClass

  • To use CyberClass on your computer, you need to install the software. It will not work if you attempt to log in on the internet.
  • If you have a laptop computer or live in the dorms, open a browser like Internet Explorer and click the link below to download the software. The password for CyberClass is the same as for access to UCCS email.
  • The download may not work as well if your computer isn't connected to the UCCS network. You may attempt the download using the link above. If CyberClass doesn't connect after it's downloaded, try the fix below.
Screen Capture
1. On the login window, click the Setup button.
Screen Capture
2. Click the down-arrow to the right of the Connect via box. Select a different protocol and click the Save button. We've had good luck with Local Network.fcp. Attempt to log in again. If it fails a second time, you can try another protocol if you like.

If you have no success, you'll need to come to the Help Desk on the first floor of the El Pomar Center (the door at the base of the large clock tower) and purchase an installation CD for $1. (This money only covers the cost of the disk. You're welcome to share the CD with others so they may install it as well.)
