IT Folder Copy Request

  • Staff and faculty members have 1G of file storage on the Enterprise server. Students get 700M of file storage on the Excelsior server. When you run out of space, you may "burn" the files to a CD and then erase the files from the server. Most UCCS computers have a CD burner, including all computers in the Library and Columbine room 231. An alternative is to request that the IT Department create the CD for you. You'll need to complete the form below. The cost is $1 for the CD plus $1 for mailing if necessary.
  • Students retain their IT accounts for almost one year after leaving the university. After that time, the files are typically archived. Former students can request that the IT Department burn the files to a CD for you. You'll need to complete the form below. The cost is $1 for the CD plus $1 for mailing if necessary.
