Notification Timeline
The department must receive all application materials on or before
the application deadline. Recommendation letters and transcripts
from previous institutions usually take several weeks to a few
months to arrive. In order to meet the deadline, the application
process should begin much earlier.
Finally, some programs allow students to enroll in courses prior to
formal application into their graduate program. Please check with
the program of interest to determine if this option is available.
Once you have applied, the decision and subsequent notification will
be dependent on the particular program as well as the completion of
all application materials.
If you have
questions about the status of your application or its processing
time, please contact the program department that you applied to.
