The Mountain Lion Athletics are NCAA Division II and compete in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC). In total, they are 10 men and women’s Mountain Lion athletic teams.

Fall 2007, the new UCCS Field House will open its doors to fans and competitors. The Field House will be able to hold around 1,200 spectators and provide concessions, weight facilities, and offices for the Athletic Department.
