Special facilities and services for disabled students
Satisfactory Academic Progress standards and what happens if standards are not met
Information about work study (if awarded), such as what types of jobs, hours, duties,
rates of pay, and how and when wages are paid
A Financial Aid Advisor must be available to talk to students during normal operating hours
regarding their problems and needs.
Students have the right to appeal to the Financial Aid Advisory Committee regarding
decisions or situations they view as unfavorable.

Students borrowing under the Perkins Loan program have the right to the following
information:
Student Responsibilities
Students are to abide by published application procedures and deadlines.
Students must keep their address current, either through the Online Student Center or by
notifying the Office of Admissions and Records in writing of change of address. Students will
also have to submit their new addresses to Student Employment if they have work study or on
campus hourly jobs.
Students are to maintain satisfactory academic progress as outlined by the policy in order to
retain eligibility for financial aid.
Students are to notify the Office of Financial Aid of all changes in their enrollment
status, for example, from full-time to less than full-time, from nonresident to resident
tuition, etc.
Arrange for an exit interview with the Loan Manager in the Student Financial Services
Office
Notify the Loan Manager in the Student Financial Services Office of current address and
telephone
Notify the Loan Manager in the Student Financial Services Office of cancellation or
deferment (when applicable)
Begin repaying loan when required
