Plan for facilities (includes parking) to support the Academic Master Plan
Assist in the planning for Controlled Maintenance projects
Prepare and submit Capital Construction Requests
Manage Capital Construction/Renovation projects, from design through construction
Recommend Utilization of Space (GIS/FM)

Collect and maintain space inventory and utilization data on facilities

Assist in the preparation of Facility Audits

Maintain and expand information on land holdings
Work with other campus departments in enhancing the attractiveness of campus facilities and grounds
- Monitor the application of the Campus Design Guidelines and the Campus Signage Guidelines
- Support the implementation and operation of the Physical Plant’s Work Order System
Perform in the best interests of the University and our students
