UCCS Billing System

Registrations Before Payment-In-Full Due Date Payment Options:

• Payment-In-Full.
• Enroll in the Three-Payment Plan, if balance is over $500.
  Visit myUCCS Portal to enroll. Three-Payment Plan fee is $35 (non-refundable).

Registrations After Payment-In-Full Due Date Payments:

Registrations after the first payment deadline date must be paid in full within 24 business hours of registration and when the balance appears on the account.

Financial Aid

Requirements for financial aid availability:

• Be admitted to and maintain enrollment as a degree or certificate seeking student. (To determine your admission status, please contact your college)
• Be enrolled at least half time.
• Be enrolled in courses that will apply to your degree plan.

Pay For Class

Go to your UCCS Student Portal to access your account balance in the Financials section.
If your account balance is not yet listed, see view Account Balance Availablity below.

Billing Calendar

Payment-In-Full Due (Census)

By 4:00 pm on this date, you must pay for Extended Studies courses in-full (Postmarks will NOT be honored), or you must enroll in a Payment Plan at the myUCCS Portal. After this date, payment must be received within 24 business hours.

2nd Payment Due of Three-Payment Plan

You can enroll in a Payment Plan at the myUCCS Portal prior to the Payment-in-Full Deadline date above. If you do, the second payment for this plan is due by this date.

Final Payment Due

For all students who are on a deferred payment plan for their Extended Studies courses, you must pay your total balance in-full by this date (Postmarks will NOT be honored).
