Ethnic Studies

Welcome to the Ethnic Studies Website

Ethnic Studies at CU-Colorado Springs is the study of the histories and cultures of ethnic minority groups in the U.S. and their relationship not only to each other, but to dominant culture as well. An important goal of the program is to build on the knowledge and research grounded in the experiences of the U.S. racial/ethnic groups that have been marginalized and excluded from full participation in society.
