El Pomar Center room 239 Reservations

LOCATION AND SCHEDULING CHANGE NOTICE:
Reservations for the Khan computer lab are now available through May 2009 in Cragmor Hall room 008 as the El Pomar Center room 239 is the temporary home of the Science Learning center. Upon completion of the Science Building remodel, the Khan lab will return to EPC 239. Move dates and schedule availability will be updated Spring '10. Please be advised of the reduced computer capacity from 36 stations to 24 stations in Cragmor 008.

The UCCS IT department schedules ad hoc reservations for El Pomar Center (EPC), room 239. This page contains reservation guidelines and the proceedure for making a reservation request.

Before making a reservation request, please read all the instructions on this page and check our classroom calendar for room availability. Incomplete reservation requests will not be accepted. Please email requests to labrequest-l@uccs.edu. Reservation requests are typically answered within 2 business days.

Ad-hoc request guidelines:

• All reservations are made on a first come first served basis.
• Reservations must be for administrative training or library instruction.
• Reservations must be for sessions requiring the use of computers.
• Reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance.
• Please confirm the software you wish to use is supported in the classroom you have selected. Requests for additional software installation must be made at least one month in advance. Please review our rate card for more information.

Questions to answer in your email when making a reservation request:

1. What activities are planned during your reservation request?

2. How many people will be in the classroom?

3. Do you have any special software requirements?

4. What are the day(s), time(s), and classroom(s) of your reservation request(s)?
