If you are interested in teaching at the K-12 level, these programs in Teacher Education are for you. These programs offer a good balance of field experience, theoretical background, and practical application. The programs recognize the commitment that teachers need to plan carefully, value every child, and treat each one with dignity and respect.

TEP

TEP (Teacher Education Program) is a competitive program that will help develop your teaching skills and lead you to provisional licensure in Elementary classroom and Secondary level in the fields of English, Spanish, mathematics, science, or social studies.

ALP

ALP (Alternative Licensure Program) is an extremely fast paced program that leads to professional licensure in Elementary classroom and Secondary in the fields of English, Spanish, mathematics, science, or social studies, and with an addition of 9 more credits, you can gain a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction.
