Science Education Admissions

Waiting to be Accepted If you are waiting to be accepted into this program or are unsure of which program you want to attend, you can take up to 9 credit hours as an unclassified student. You should meet with an advisor to plan your program.
Provisional basis If you are accepted on provisional basis, you can enroll as an unclassified student for 12 credit hours as long as you make a 3.0 G. P. A. or better. Once you have completed the 12 hours with a 3.0 G. P. A., the Graduate School will grant you full admission.
Not Accepted If you are not accepted into this program, you should make an appointment with Mark R. Malone, Ph.D. by calling (719) 262-4996 to review the reason for non acceptance and the strengths needed before applying again.
Checklists:

Here are two checklists.

The First Checklist will help you know what you need to have and what you need to get started on to be accepted into the Science Education Program. This list will help you be a better candidate for acceptance.

The Second Checklist will help you through the actual admissions process.
