Participants at CSGI's presentation of Timothy Lynch on "The PATRIOT Act"The UCCS Center for the Study of Government and the Individual hosted an evening program, Security vs. Liberty: The PATRIOT Act, on Thursday, March 18, 2004 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Timothy Lynch, Director of the Project on Criminal Justice at the CATO Institute spoke on the P.A.T.R.I.O.T Act to UCCS students and professors as well as community leaders.
