Acton Institute for the Study of Religion and Liberty - the Acton Institute seeks to articulate a vision of society that is both free and virtuous, the end of which is human flourishing.

Annapolis Institute - a private, nonpartisan think tank that helps leadership at all levels to anticipate, understand and influence the forces shaping the lives of people, communities, enterprises and institutions in the 21st century.

Brookings Institution - one of Washington's oldest think tanks, is an independent, nonpartisan organization devoted to research, analysis, and public education with an emphasis on economics, foreign policy, governance, and metropolitan policy.

CATO Institute - a non-profit public policy research foundation. The Institute is named for Cato's Letters, a series of libertarian pamphlets that helped lay the philosophical foundation for the American Revolution.

Center for Individual Freedom - a non-partisan, non-profit organization with the mission to protect and defend individual freedoms and individual rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) - dedicated to providing world leaders with strategic insights on — and policy solutions to — current and emerging global issues.

Citizen Policies Institute - a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible educational organization, working to strengthen our democracy and solve our social, cultural, and environmental problems

Institute for Humane Studies - The Institute for Humane Studies is a unique organization that assists undergraduate and graduate students worldwide with an interest in individual liberty.

Mercatus Center - located at George Mason University. It's a research, education, and outreach organization that works with scholars, policy experts, and government officials to connect academic learning and real world practice.

National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) - a nonprofit, nonpartisan public policy research organization, established in 1983. The NCPA's goal is to develop and promote private alternatives to government regulation and control, solving problems by relying on the strength of the competitive, entrepreneurial private sector.

Political Science Department at UCCS - offering both service courses to the University and a well-rounded and challenging curriculum for majors.
