This is sure to be a fascinating economics program with an international flavor, presented by one of our finest and most well-traveled economic educators along with his four Uruguayan guests.
The Colorado Council for Economic Education* works in southern Colorado and throughout the state to enhance our free-market democracy. Enabled by legislation passed in 1995, and broadened with a 2008 Colorado law that mandates teaching personal financial literacy in our schools, we train teachers, and by extension, their students to appreciate how economics - the art of decision-making, is an essential part of their everyday lives.  Each year we train approximately 1,100 Colorado K-12 teachers in 25-30 graduate-level economics classes.

CCEE is also the local manager of The Stock Market Gameā„¢ a national on-line simulation for late elementary, middle and high school students.
