Placed as they are in the public fishbowl and         
surrounded by a renewed interest in right and wrong,  
public administrators are constantly faced with       
ethical questions and dilemmas.  This course looks    
both at age old ethical problems as well as issues    
facing administrators in the public setting today.  It
builds on the ethical framework of the founding       
fathers to consider issues relevant to the practice of
public administration today.
