Convocation & Barbeque

Join us as kick-off the 2008-2009 Academic Year at the UCCS Convocation Ceremony featuring Gus Lee on Wednesday. August 20 at 4:30 pm. in the University Center Gymnasium.

A free barbeque and book signing will immediately follow.

All are welcome, and parking for this event is free.

Gus invites us to lead courageously from character despite the odds instead of stressfully striving for personal results. He will be available to sign copies of his books, including "Courage: The Backbone of Leadership," "China Boy" and "Casing Hepburn" immediately following the ceremony. Books available for purchase at the UCCS Bookstore or feel free to bring your own copy.
