Food Service

UCCS is proud to offer Sodexho as the campus catering and dining service provider. All conference attendees will dine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in The Lodge. The Lodge offers all-you-can-eat food court style dining including a grill, salad bar, special entrée bar, sandwich bar, pizza bar, and snack bar. If your conference would like to hose a special dining occasion in one of our meeting spaces, Sodexho also offers a full service catering menu.

Lodge Hours:
Breakfast: 7:00am to 9:00am
Lunch: 11:00am to 1:00pm
Dinner: 5:00pm to 7:00pm
