Clustered Assignments
If you need your conference attendees to be clustered on the same floors,
without the hassle of picking rooms for each guest, we will assign the rooms for
you and place you in the same area of the Village. Your group will be
assigned to all of the room types that are listed below. This is our most
popular choice, as the floors in the Summit Village all have different room types,
and most groups would prefer to be located together.

Double Occupancy Rooms
If you are looking for high quality plus affordability, the double is for
you. You will share a large bedroom with one other person, and share a suite and
bathroom with three people. This choice is based on availability, and your
group will most likely not be located on the same floors in the Summit
Village.

Semi-Private Bedrooms Only, with No Double Occupancy
Rooms
Semi-Privates allow you the privacy of your own bedroom, but gives you
affordability through sharing a common suite and bathroom with no more than three
people. This choice is based on availability, and your group will most likely
not be located on the same floors in the Summit Village.

Single Private Rooms Only
The Single-Private offers a private bedroom and bathroom. This choice
is based on availability, and your group will most likely not be located on the
same floors in the Summit Village.

2 or 4 Bedroom Apartments
Our shared apartments allow you the privacy of your own bedroom, but gives
you affordability through sharing a common suite. This choice is based on
availability, and your group will most likely not be located on the same floors in
the Alpine Village.

1 Bedroom Apartment
The 1 bedroom offers a private bedroom and bathroom. This choice is
based on availability, and your group will most likely not be located on the same
floors in the Alpine Village.

Alpine Village Upgrades
We can also accommodate your stay at Alpine Village with the following
upgrades:
Kitchen Supplies:
We will stock your kitchen with all of the supplies you need to be able to
cook while on campus for $10.00 per week.
Television:
We can also provide you with a television in your living room for $7.00 per
week.
